Quincy Jovan Allen is an American serial killer who carried out a deadly crime spree during the summer of 2002. Between July and August of that year, Allen killed four people, leading to his arrest and subsequent prosecution.
Following his crimes, Allen was convicted and sentenced to death in South Carolina. However, after spending years on death row, his sentence was commuted, and he was resentenced to life imprisonment in 2024.
