Arthur Albert Link was an American politician associated with the North Dakota Democratic Party and, later, the Democratic-NPL. Born in 1914, Link dedicated his career to public service, representing his home state at both the federal and state levels during the late twentieth century.

Link's political career included serving as a United States Representative from 1971 to 1973. Following his term in Congress, he went on to serve as the twenty-seventh Governor of North Dakota, holding the office from 1973 until 1981. Beyond his political endeavors, Link was recognized as a charter member of the National Cowboy Hall of Fame. He passed away in 2010.
