Ebenezer Harold Fuller "Ginger" Owers was an English professional footballer who played as a centre forward during the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries. Active in the years leading up to the First World War, Owers built a career playing in the top tiers of British football.
Throughout his athletic career, Owers made over 90 appearances in the Football League in England. Additionally, he competed north of the border, making over 30 appearances in the Scottish League before the onset of the war.
