Bailey Washington (1731–1807) was an American planter and legislator who was active in Virginia during the late colonial and early national periods. Born in September 1731, he spent much of his life in Stafford County, Virginia, where he managed agricultural holdings as a planter and participated in the civic affairs of his community.

Washington's political career included service in the Virginia House of Delegates, where he represented Stafford County for a single term. In addition to his legislative service, he dedicated many years to local administration as a justice of the peace. In this capacity, he helped oversee local judicial and administrative matters, reflecting the traditional civic responsibilities of the Virginia gentry during the eighteenth century. He died in June 1807.
