Mary Bateman (née Harker, 1768–1809) was an English criminal who became widely known as the "Yorkshire Witch." Operating during the late eighteenth and early nineteenth centuries, she was accused of witchcraft alongside her other illicit activities.

Bateman's criminal career ended when she was tried and subsequently executed for murder in March 1809. Her case remains a notable historical example of the intersection of crime and alleged witchcraft in early nineteenth-century England.
