Dame Florence Eveleen Eleanore, Lady Bell (née Olliffe), was a British writer and playwright. Born on September 9, 1851, she was the daughter of the Irish physician Joseph Francis Olliffe.
Throughout her life, Lady Bell engaged in literary pursuits, contributing to the theatre and written arts. She passed away on May 16, 1930.
