Francis Bickley was an English baronet of Attleborough, Norfolk. On September 3, 1661, the Bickley baronetcy, a title in the Baronetage of England, was created for him. The title and lineage established by Bickley persisted for over a century before ultimately becoming extinct in 1773 upon the death of the sixth baronet.
