Margaret A. Burnham is an American lawyer and academic who serves as a University Distinguished Professor of Law at the Northeastern University School of Law. Throughout her career, her work has focused extensively on civil rights, equity, and restorative justice.

Burnham is the founder of the Civil Rights and Restorative Justice Project and the co-founder of the Burnham-Nobles Digital Archive. Additionally, she serves as the Faculty Co-Director for Northeastern Law's Center for Law, Equity and Race (CLEAR) and is a member of the Civil Rights Cold Case Records Review Board.
