Russel Burton Reynolds was a major general in the United States Army. Born in 1894, he served his country during the mid-twentieth century, rising to a high-ranking position within the military hierarchy.\n\nDuring World War II, Reynolds took on the critical role of Director of the Military Personnel Division of the Army Service Forces. In this capacity, he was responsible for key administrative and personnel decisions during the global conflict. He passed away in 1970.
