Frederick Allen Boyd Jr. is an American politician, lobbyist, and farmer. Born on June 6, 1945, Boyd established a career that bridged agricultural work and public service. As a member of the Democratic Party, he engaged in political representation at the federal level.
Boyd is most notable for serving as the United States Representative for Florida's 2nd congressional district, holding office from 1997 to 2011. After his legislative career, he transitioned into government relations and currently works for the lobbying firm known as the Twenty-First Century Group.
