Frank John Cullotta was an American mobster who operated as an associate of the Chicago Outfit, a prominent organized crime syndicate. He is best known for his criminal activities in Las Vegas, where he served as a member of the Hole in the Wall Gang, a notorious burglary ring operating under the direction of Tony Spilotro.

Cullotta's criminal career came to an end following his arrest in 1982. Seeking a path out of the underworld, he agreed to cooperate with law enforcement and became a key government witness. This cooperation led to his entry into the federal witness protection program, marking a major turning point in his life.

In his later years, Cullotta turned to writing and public speaking, establishing himself as an author and a tour guide. He utilized his unique background to share insights into the history of organized crime. Cullotta passed away on August 20, 2020, due to complications related to COVID-19.
