Sir Charles Grant Robertson (1869–1948) was a British academic historian and university administrator. Over the course of his career, he established a distinguished reputation within British higher education, most notably serving as a Fellow of All Souls College at the University of Oxford.\n\nIn addition to his academic work, Robertson assumed major administrative leadership as the Vice-chancellor of the University of Birmingham. Under the pseudonym Wymond Carey, he also authored historical fiction, bridging his professional historical expertise with creative literary pursuits.
