Adeline Georgiana Isabel Kingscote (1862–1908), who wrote under the pen names Lucas Cleeve and Mrs Howard Kingscote, was a prolific English novelist active during the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries. Over the course of her literary career, she authored more than sixty works, establishing a significant presence in the popular fiction of her era.

Among her notable publications was the 1895 novel The Woman Who Wouldn't, which she published under her Lucas Cleeve pseudonym. Following her marriage to Colonel Howard Kingscote, she transitioned to publishing the majority of her subsequent novels under the name Mrs Howard Kingscote, continuing her extensive writing career until her death in 1908.
