Gilbert Collins (1846–1920) was an American public official who served as the 23rd mayor of Jersey City, New Jersey. His term in office began on May 5, 1884, and concluded on May 2, 1886. He is primarily recognized for his civic leadership in municipal government during the late nineteenth century.
