Charles Crewdson OBE is an English business leader associated with Gilbert Gilkes & Gordon, a historic engineering company based in Kendal, Cumbria. Established in 1853, the company is a manufacturer of engine cooling pumps and hydropower turbines.
Crewdson's connection to the firm is hereditary; he is the grandson of Eric Crewdson, who invented the Turgo turbine in 1919, which remains one of the company's most notable products. As of 2021, Charles Crewdson serves as the chairman of the company.
