Arthur Shearly Cripps was an English-born Anglican priest, missionary, and activist who spent the majority of his life in Southern Rhodesia, which is now known as Zimbabwe.\n\nIn addition to his religious and missionary work, Cripps was a creative writer. His literary contributions primarily consisted of poetry and short stories.
