John Cunningham Kelton was a nineteenth-century American military officer. He is best known for his service as the Adjutant General of the United States Army, a prominent administrative role he held from 1889 until 1892. Born on June 24, 1828, Kelton's career was defined by his dedication to the American military. He concluded his service as Adjutant General in the early 1890s and passed away on July 15, 1893.
