Charles Andrew Christopherson (1871–1951) was an American lawyer and politician who dedicated his career to public service in South Dakota. Active during the early to mid-twentieth century, Christopherson transitioned from legal practice into state-level politics before achieving national office. His legislative career began with his election to the South Dakota state legislature in 1912. Following his service at the state level, Christopherson was elected to the United States House of Representatives in 1918. He went on to serve a total of seven terms in Congress, representing his constituents until his electoral defeat in 1932 amidst the economic challenges of the Great Depression.
