Estradiol valerate/testosterone enanthate (EV/TE) is an injectable combination medication consisting of the estrogen estradiol valerate and the androgen/anabolic steroid testosterone enanthate. Primarily utilized in menopausal hormone therapy for women, the formulation has also been clinically applied under the brand name Deladumone to suppress lactation in postpartum women.

First introduced for medical use by 1955 under brand names such as Primodian Depot, the medication was typically administered via intramuscular injection. Various formulations were developed over the decades to manage dosage and volume. For instance, Ditate was distributed in multi-use vials, whereas Ditate-DS offered a single-use, higher-concentration alternative. Similarly, Deladumone OB served as a double-dosage formulation designed to deliver the same therapeutic dose in a smaller injection volume. Both active components in oil solutions exhibit an elimination half-life of approximately four to five days, with the combined injection providing a total duration of effect lasting about 21 days.

Although widely utilized during the mid-to-late 20th century, EV/TE was eventually discontinued in the United States by 2011. While it has also been phased out in most other global markets, formulations of the medication continue to be marketed in a limited number of countries, including Japan, Mexico, Peru, and Taiwan.
