Harris Dickinson is an English actor and filmmaker who began his career in British television before transitioning to prominent roles in international cinema. He first gained widespread recognition with his starring role in the 2017 drama film Beach Rats, which earned him a nomination for the Independent Spirit Award for Best Male Lead. Following this breakthrough, he portrayed John Paul Getty III in the FX drama series Trust in 2018.
Dickinson has since built a diverse filmography, starring in major releases such as Maleficent: Mistress of Evil, The King's Man, Triangle of Sadness, Where the Crawdads Sing, The Iron Claw, and Babygirl. He also appeared in the 2023 miniseries A Murder at the End of the World and has received nominations for two BAFTA Awards. In 2025, Dickinson expanded his career into filmmaking with his feature directorial debut, Urchin, which premiered at the Cannes Film Festival and won the FIPRESCI Prize.
