Dr. W. B. Holden (1873–1955) is the historical figure associated with the William B. Holden House, a property of significant architectural and landscape design located in southeast Portland, Oregon. The house itself was designed by the architect Roscoe Hemenway, while the accompanying grounds and rose garden were designed by landscape architect John Alexander Grant. Due to these distinct design elements and its association with Holden, the property was listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

The historic designation originally covered a 0.75-acre property at 6347 Southeast Yamhill, encompassing the entirety of Lot 1 of the Belmont Villa tract. In 2016, the National Register documented a boundary decrease for the property, listing it under the name William R. Holden House at a neighboring address, indicating the original parcel had been divided. This boundary change also introduced a potential typographical error in the official records, altering the middle initial from 'B' to 'R' in the updated listing.
