James Grove "Jim" Fulton was an American politician who served in the United States House of Representatives. Representing the state of Pennsylvania, Fulton's congressional career began in 1945 and extended over a span of twenty-six years.
Fulton remained a member of the House of Representatives until 1971, the year of his death. His long-standing tenure in office made him a notable legislative figure in Pennsylvania's mid-twentieth-century political history.
