Henrietta Marshall Latham Dwight (1840–1909) was an American watercolor artist and writer active during the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries. Born Henrietta Marshall, she was also known by her married name Henrietta Latham before later becoming Henrietta Latham Dwight. Throughout her artistic career, she was particularly recognized for her landscape paintings, capturing natural scenes through the medium of watercolor.

In addition to her artistic pursuits, Dwight made a significant contribution to early culinary literature with the publication of her 1898 work, The Golden Age Cook-Book. This volume was a dedicated vegetarian cookbook, reflecting the era's emerging interest in dietary reform and meatless cooking. Through this work, Dwight provided a structured guide to vegetarian cuisine, cementing her legacy as both a creative artist and an early advocate for vegetarian home cooking.
