Siobhan Wescott is an American educator and academic who serves as a Professor of American Indian Health at the Nebraska Medical Center College of Public Health. Throughout her career, she has dedicated herself to medical education and public health initiatives, particularly focusing on improving healthcare outcomes and representation for Indigenous populations.
Before her appointment at the Nebraska Medical Center, Wescott served as the Director of the Indians into Medicine program at the University of North Dakota. During her tenure in this leadership role, she was instrumental in training hundreds of Native American physicians, helping to bolster the medical workforce serving native communities.
