William Jaggard (c. 1568 – 1623) was an English printer and publisher active during the Elizabethan and Jacobean eras. He operated his printing business from a shop located "at the sign of the Half-Eagle and Key in Barbican."

Jaggard is best known to history for his instrumental role in publishing the texts of William Shakespeare. His most notable achievement was the printing of the First Folio, the definitive early collection of Shakespeare's plays.
