Elijah Lewis "Tic" Forrester was an American politician who served as a member of the United States House of Representatives. He represented the 3rd congressional district of Georgia as a member of the Democratic Party.
Born in 1896, Forrester's career was centered on legislative service in the United States. He served his constituency in Georgia until his death in 1970.
