Émilie Foster is a Canadian academic and former politician who represented the riding of Charlevoix–Côte-de-Beaupré in the National Assembly of Quebec. Elected in the 2018 provincial election as a member of the Coalition Avenir Québec, she served her term before deciding not to seek re-election in the 2022 provincial election.
Following her career in provincial politics, Foster transitioned to academia. She currently serves as an associate professor of applied politics at Carleton University, where she applies her practical legislative experience to her academic instruction and research.
