Helen Miller Fraser, later known as Helen Moyes, was a Scottish suffragist, feminist, educationalist, and Liberal Party politician. Active during the late nineteenth and twentieth centuries, she dedicated her efforts to the advancement of women's rights and educational reform.
In her later life, Fraser emigrated to Australia, continuing her legacy of civic engagement. She passed away in 1979, leaving a lasting impact as a pioneering female political figure and advocate for social change.
