Franklin Fyles

Franklin Brewster Folsom was an American author active during the twentieth century, known for his prolific output of popular books. Over the course of his career, Folsom published more than eighty titles, writing both under his own name and using various pseudonyms. His work spanned a diverse range of subjects, with a particular focus on archaeology and anthropology.

A significant portion of Folsom's bibliography was directed toward children and young people, making complex scientific and historical topics accessible to younger audiences. In addition to his extensive career as a writer, Folsom was also known for his political engagement as a pro-Soviet activist.
