Throughout his service, Goddard was recognized with numerous prestigious military honors and decorations, including the Companion of the Order of the Bath (CB), Companion of the Order of the Indian Empire (CIE), Commander of the Order of the British Empire (CBE), Lieutenant of the Royal Victorian Order (LVO), and the Military Cross (MC) with a bar.
