Eliza Lucy Grey, Lady Grey, was born Elizabeth Lucy Spencer on 17 December 1822. She was the daughter of Ann, Lady Spencer, and Captain Sir Richard Spencer, a knighted officer in the British Royal Navy.
She is historically recognized as the wife of Sir George Grey, a prominent colonial official. She died on 4 September 1898.
