William Charles Griggs
William Charles Riggs was a Canadian politician who served as a CCF member of the Legislative Assembly of Ontario and briefly as the Mayor of Windsor.

William Charles Riggs (1896–1973) was a Canadian politician active in provincial and municipal politics in Ontario during the mid-twentieth century. He is best remembered for his service as a member of the Legislative Assembly of Ontario and his long-standing involvement in the local government of Windsor, Ontario.
Riggs represented the southwestern Ontario riding of Windsor—Walkerville as a member of the Co-operative Commonwealth Federation (CCF) from 1943 to 1945. In addition to his provincial career, he dedicated many years to municipal service as a long-time city councillor, culminating in a brief term as the Mayor of Windsor in 1969.
