Andrew John Hoggard is a New Zealand dairy farmer and politician who serves as a Member of Parliament. Born in approximately 1974 or 1975, Hoggard worked in the agricultural sector before transitioning into advocacy and national politics.
From 2014 to 2023, Hoggard held multiple leadership roles with the agricultural advocacy group Federated Farmers, serving as the organization's president for his final three years. He resigned from this role to run for the New Zealand House of Representatives, earning election as an ACT New Zealand list Member of Parliament. He currently serves as the Minister for Biosecurity and Minister for Food Safety in the Sixth National Government.
