Mary Agnes Hamilton (1882–1966), née Adamson, was a British writer, journalist, broadcaster, and politician. She served as the Labour Member of Parliament for Blackburn from 1929 to 1931, representing her constituency during the interwar period.

Following her parliamentary career, Hamilton transitioned into civil service. She headed the American Division of the Ministry of Information and later the Foreign Office from at least 1946 until 1952. She also worked for the Information Research Department, utilizing her extensive background in communication and public information.
