Charlotte Mary Hawkins is a British television presenter, radio host, and journalist who has established a prominent career in UK broadcasting. Born in 1975, she began her professional journey in television, eventually transitioning to major national networks and becoming a familiar face on morning news programs.
Hawkins first gained significant recognition after joining ITV's Meridian Tonight in 2003 as a main news presenter. In 2006, she moved to Sky News to co-host the popular breakfast show Sunrise alongside Eamonn Holmes. After nearly a decade with Sky, she returned to ITV in 2014 to join the launch team of the breakfast programme Good Morning Britain, where she continues to serve as a co-presenter and newsreader.
Beyond her television career, Hawkins is an active radio broadcaster, hosting a weekly Sunday evening show on Classic FM. Her media presence also extended to entertainment television when she competed as a contestant in the fifteenth series of the BBC's dance competition Strictly Come Dancing.
