William James Harris (1835–1911) was a British politician associated with the Conservative Party during the late Victorian era. His political career was highlighted by his service in the Parliament of the United Kingdom, where he represented the constituency of Poole.
Harris secured his seat as a Member of Parliament for Poole during a by-election held in 1884. His tenure in this position was short-lived, however, as the constituency was abolished the following year in 1885. Following this redistricting, Harris attempted to continue his parliamentary career by running for election in the Ashburton constituency, but his bid was unsuccessful.
