The Wells-Jackson Carriage House Complex, situated in Burlington, Vermont, is a highly preserved historic site consisting of estate outbuildings. Built in 1901 as part of a larger estate, the complex features a carriage house, tack house, and coachman's quarters. The exceptional quality of these buildings is regarded as unrivaled within the state.
Following the widespread adoption of the automobile, the carriage house complex lost its original utility and was subsequently converted into residential housing. In recognition of its historic and architectural significance, the complex was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1982.
