William Connor Hennessy (c. 1926/1927 – 2001) was an American civil servant and political figure. He is best remembered for his leadership role within the Democratic Party in New York State during the early 1980s.
From 1982 to 1984, Hennessy served as the chairman of the New York Democratic Party. Throughout his career, he dedicated himself to public service and political administration before his passing on November 2, 2001.
