E. L. Henry was an American politician who active in the state government of Louisiana during the mid-to-late twentieth century. A member of the Democratic Party, Henry dedicated over a decade to public service in the state's legislative branch.
Henry served in the Louisiana House of Representatives, holding his office from 1968 until 1980. Born on February 10, 1936, he lived to the age of eighty-nine, passing away on April 23, 2025.
