Arthur L. "Art" Williams Jr. is an American insurance executive and businessman. Born on April 26, 1942, Williams is best known as the founder of the financial services firm A.L. Williams & Associates, which was later renamed Primerica Financial Services in 1991. Currently, he resides in Palm Beach, Florida.
In addition to his career in the insurance industry, Williams has also engaged in professional sports ownership. His sports ventures include brief periods owning the Birmingham Barracudas of the Canadian Football League (CFL) as well as the Tampa Bay Lightning of the National Hockey League (NHL).
