Herbert Oxley Hopkins was an Australian-born English first-class cricketer and medical doctor. Active during the interwar years, Hopkins played 85 first-class matches, representing Worcestershire and Oxford University, with an additional single appearance for the Harlequins.
Outside of his sporting career in England, Hopkins worked as a physician. His medical profession took him to Southeast Asia, where he participated in minor cricket matches for both the Federated Malay States and the Straits Settlements.
