Vincent J. Hughes is an American politician who has served as a Democratic member of the Pennsylvania State Senate, representing the 7th District since 1994.
Prior to his tenure in the State Senate, Hughes served as a member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives. He represented the state's 190th District from 1987 until 1994.
