Joseph H. Hutchinson (1864–1930) was an American politician from Idaho. A member of the Democratic Party, he served as the state's sixth lieutenant governor.\n\nHutchinson was elected to office in 1899 alongside Governor Frank Steunenberg. He died in September 1930 following a short illness.
