Thomas Albert Jenkins was an American politician who served for over three decades as a member of the United States House of Representatives. Born in Oak Hill, Jackson County, Ohio, in 1880, Jenkins built a career dedicated to public service within his home state.
Before his long tenure in federal office, Jenkins served as a member of the Ohio State Senate. He was subsequently elected to represent Ohio's 10th congressional district in the U.S. House of Representatives, a position he held continuously from 1925 until 1959. His service in Congress concluded shortly before his death in late 1959.
