Francis Clement Kelley (1870–1948) was a Canadian-born Catholic prelate, diplomat, and author. Over his extensive career in the clergy, he served as a Catholic priest for fifty-four years and as a bishop for twenty-three years. Notably, he held the office of the second Bishop of Oklahoma City, where he carried out his ecclesiastical duties.
In addition to his pastoral leadership, Kelley was active as an author and diplomat. His multi-faceted career allowed him to engage with both religious administration and literary pursuits, representing his faith and community through various diplomatic and written endeavors.
