Marianne Bertrand, born around 1970, is a highly distinguished Belgian economist whose research has significantly shaped the modern landscape of labor economics. She currently serves as the Chris P. Dialynas Distinguished Service Professor of Economics and the Willard Graham Faculty Scholar at the University of Chicago's Booth School of Business.
