Samuel Kerkham Ratcliffe (1868–1958) was an English journalist and lecturer. Active during the late nineteenth and mid-twentieth centuries, Ratcliffe dedicated his professional life to public communication, media, and oral presentation.
As a journalist and lecturer, he participated in the dissemination of information and ideas during a transformative period in British media history. His career spanned several decades, ending with his death in 1958.
