Joy Leach (1942–2014) was a Canadian politician who dedicated her career to public service in British Columbia. Born in Nanaimo, she spent her life in her home community, eventually rising to become the first female mayor in Nanaimo's history.

Beyond her municipal leadership, Leach was deeply involved in local and provincial education policy. She served as a school board trustee for Nanaimo and expanded her influence across the province as the president of the BC School Trustees Association.
