James Fenner Lee (1843–1898) was an American politician from the state of Maryland. Active in public service during the late nineteenth century, Lee represented Carroll County as a member of the Maryland Senate.
His legislative career in the state senate spanned from 1876 to 1880. Born on July 9, 1843, Lee spent his career in Maryland politics before his death on January 31, 1898.
