Sir Frank Lockwood (1846–1897) was an English lawyer and Liberal Party politician who served in the British Parliament during the late nineteenth century.
Lockwood represented the constituency of the City of York in the House of Commons, holding his seat from 1885 until his death in 1897. Throughout this period, he maintained his dual career as a legal professional and an active political figure within the Liberal Party.
